Since relocating my gallery to Chaska several years ago, I have been working with Welcome Neighbor! as an integral part of my advertising plan. Welcome Neighbor! has proven to be consistently effective. One must remember that new people moving into the area are scrambling to settle in and often starting new jobs. They may not drop everything to rush right over, but given time . . . most eventually show up with my card offering a discount in hand. Few other advertising venues are this effective. Over the years, Welcome Neighbor! has helped me to establish a solid and growing base of repeat customers.

One of the most recent customers that came in held onto my card over over two years and spent over 3K one afternoon (after the discount). This has happened many times, not always to this amount but involving truly significant sales. The only other advertising that I do that is equally effective is my direct mail list based on my own database on customers who have come in and done business with me where I mail out incentives for repeat business. Welcome Neighbor! helps bring them in the first time and then I take it from there. It works very well -- much more effective than any other advertising I do.
